Purpose is not static, it’s dynamic and will unfold as you follow it. But sometimes you need a little help getting there, a nudge in the right direction. As someone who thrives on helping people chase their dreams, I’m here to utilize an array of coaching styles and get you where you want to be. Always remember that your potential is larger than the problem.

Mental health refers to our cognitive, behavioral, and emotional wellbeing - it is all about how we think, feel, and behave.  Mental wellness is also how we interact with our world, what we eat, who we love, and what we want in life.  Together we will identify the blocks to leading your best life and develop a plan to help you get there.

Want to try new things with adventurous women?  Of course you do!  This workshop series is designed with the beginner mountain biker in mind who wants to learn buildable skills, is open to changing their concepts and stories of fear and does not take themselves too seriously.
